Our remote support solution is nothing new and is used on a daily basis to support IT infrastructures every day. This has proved very successful for many of our customers in the past who required instant IT support and did not want to incur a call out charge.
Most IT problems are related to software installed on your system and remote assistance allows our engineers to connect remotely and resolve the problem as quickly as possible, meaning downtime is at a minimal.
All services are available 8am till 6pm, Monday to Friday. Weekend and out of hours support is available by prior arrangement only.
